⚡Apprentice Program⚡
This isn’t your typical summer agency internship:
No coffee runs (well… maybe some… but we promise to reciprocate).
No sitting around hoping to learn through osmosis.
No politics or power shenanigans.
This is an opportunity with hands-on experience and specialized industry training.
We want to give you the best possible introduction to modern marketing and a stepping stone to your future success.

We’re a Toronto-based marketing agency, founded by two industry professionals – amusedly frustrated by the widespread apathy towards our industry’s antiquated business model.
The agency name is a nod to our formative years when curiousity, creativity, and experimentation drove everything we did. When we could choose who we collaborated with and the projects that were important to us. When we were surrounded by interesting colleagues and the work was fun. We’re replicating this by surrounding ourselves with people we love to work with, people who do interesting things, and people who make us better.
As a new company, we’re in growth mode. However, our core team will remain small by design. This allows us to curate teams based on the unique and evolving needs of our clients. Our approach is analogous to how a General Contractor works with specialized tradespeople. Every client project is different and we believe teams should be as well.

How many? We’re hiring two apprentices. Double trouble.
Job title? Marketing Apprentice
Duration? May 21 - August 16, 2024
Hours? 30h/week. Fun, family, and friends are important too. #hotgirlsummer

Any extras? We have planned some paid specialized training courses, industry events, and travel opportunities.
How do I apply? With anything but a resume. A dreaded cover letter? A video introduction? Delight us.
